In April 2025, she opened a solo exhibition, "The Secret Lives of Bird," at the Jedna Dva Tři Gallery in Prague.
Hrnčířová frequently works with installations and sculptures, incorporating found materials, wood, metal, fabric, and ceramics, and explores the dialogue between different media. Her artistic practice focuses on public space, urban environments, chance encounters, still lifes, and abandoned objects. Her playground is the city: she often captures objects and traces left by strangers and passersby, as well as remnants of materials and objects discovered during her walks. She explores the transformation of European cities and their urban landscapes, focusing on the photography of architectural details, found or abandoned objects, and construction debris. The artist searches for elements we tend to overlook in the hectic and noisy pace of urban life.
